We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If the item has been mishandled; resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, exposure to corrosive or abrasive substances or other factors outside of normal expected use are not eligible for an exchange.
If a piece arrives with any manufacturer defects and/or was received broken please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will either replace your item, exchange it or offer store credit.
Proof of postage must also be obtained at the time of return in case of package loss. Failure to do so may result in your return not being processed.
