RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are FINAL, and we DO NOT issue refunds or exchanges. Unless, we have agreed to issue a refund and resolve the need to return.

Please excuse us from ANY DELAYS IN SHIPPING DUE TO ANY SHIPPING CONDITIONS, CUSTOMS/LOGISTIC ISSUES, AND OR BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Before placing your order please read the item description, processing, and shipping times carefully.

If an order is Cancelled after 48 Hours of purchase, there will be a non-refundable $50 service fee due to the cost of material, and labor for all Grand Luxury Robes and Gowns.

The fee will be deducted from the refund.
